The client wanted to generate meetings from cold outbound across a large target list—without sending generic emails that get ignored.

They needed a system that could:

The solution

    We started with net-new target leads and accounts already in Salesforce, including key fields used for segmentation (industry, region, business unit, account ownership, etc.).

    Using Clay, we enriched each record with role fit, seniority, department signals, and account context—then segmented by persona (procurement, plant ops, EHS, R&D).

  3. Personalized messaging at scale
    For every contact, we generated:

    • a low-friction CTA designed for cold leads

  4. Sequence execution in Smartlead
    We deployed sequences via Smartlead with deliverability safeguards and A/B tests across personas and angles.

  5. Write-back to Salesforce for nurturing (the key enterprise piece)
    The intelligence collected during enrichment and outreach didn’t stay in spreadsheets. We pushed it back into Salesforce so teams could nurture systematically:

    • enrichment insights (persona tag, role match, segment)

    • campaign metadata (sequence, message angle, send status)

    • reply outcomes (positive / neutral / not now / wrong contact)
